  • Installing our wall panels is straightforward and can be done as a DIY project. You’ll need some basic tools like a level, adhesive, and possibly tools for custom fits. Full installation instructions are provided with your purchase. For installations that are more complex, we recommend using our in-house highly skilled specialist installers.

  • Yes, our wall panels come with up to a 1 year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

  • We offer top quality wall finish product with an extensive range of options and selections. Paired with that is our professional design service which our in-house installers will install with precision and care.

  • Our wall panels are designed for interior use and can be used in areas with occasional moisture. However, we do not recommend their use in high moisture environments such as bathrooms unless specific water resistant panels are used.

  • We deliver throughout Luzon. Within Metro Manila delivery is free whilst outside of Metro Manila, a small delivery charge will apply according to you location.

  • For certain product ranges, we can supply samples based on a sample loan policy. This is where we would loan out samples to you for a period of time at a cost which is refunded once returned. For more information, please inquire and we can then advise if a sample is available for a particular product.

  • As many of our products have different design and size options available, it is difficult to give a standard price online for many of our products. Please contact us for a no obligation quote.

  • Yes, our in house professional installers who can handle residential and commercial projects provide this service. Installation schedules and costs will be based on your location and requirements.

    We perform installations throughout Metro Manila and Luzon.

  • Regular Stock: A tentative delivery schedule is provided during inquiry and finalized upon booking. Preparation for shipment begins immediately once your payment is confirmed.

    Indent Orders: For indent items, a finalized delivery timeline will be coordinated and shared during the order confirmation phase.

  • In-store payments can be made via cash or major credit cards. For off-site transactions, we accept bank and online transfers.
